I use Frixion pens for my lists. If the page is still in good shape, I microwave the paper (the heat erase the Frixion ink) and re-use it. Recycle bin if it's too worn out from rubbing (erasing).

Gardener,
Thank you for those great examples.

Another vote for Toodledo.
To allow more flexibility, I use tags (@call, @errands, etc..) for my context instead of the Context labels. The tags allow me to set Custom Views in Done! (a 3rd party...
Tominperu,
I don't use Outlook but from the WebOS fora, many Pre/Pixi user mention Chapura PocketMirror. Take a look at these links:

A review of PocketMirror on PreCentral
And FWIW,...
I have more current mobile devices for work but still love what PalmOS can do for me. You have to be a PalmOS PIM user to know why some of us lament what's missing in current devices. Alas, that...
Oogiem,
Thank you for taking the time to walk us through your weekly review. That was very helpful.
I don't have a tickler in the 43-folders sense but I do make appointments on the calendar to add so-and-so to the NA list or move a Someday Project to the Active Project list. That way I don't...
It helped when I moved some of these projects to Someday. Maybe means I have not decided on what to do with it yet so my brain keeps going back to them, thinking about them.
For that reason, I...
My core list manager is my Treo 755p with third party apps using the native database (so I don't have to worry about losing information if I change apps). Apps include DateBk6, MemoLeaf, and...
I, too, tend to collect, process, organize, and enter the NA into @context lists. Thinking I was being more efficient. Until I realized that I was missing many good ideas and thoughts that were not...
ratz,
Thanks for taking the time to weigh in. You described the complementary fusing of AF and GTD very well. Enjoyed your past detailed posts re: Life Balance and GTD; good to read your stuff...
What are you copying-pasting?
If you really want an app to send an action listed in your Memos (Project) to Task (where you have your NA), there're several third party apps. I think there was Slap...
Just wanted to say thank you for the inputs thus far. Effective delegation is a weak point for me. The advices given to the original poster have helped clarify things for me that years of reading...
As a long-time Palm OS user, this mode is the main feature that would make me trade in my 755p for the Pre. All the web features of the iPhone did not work for me and I can't imagine WebOS to be any...
If I have an NA list that's overwhelming me like your @Office, I would actually not look at the @Office list per se. I would pick a narrower context i.e. @Calls, and take care of 4-5 of those 16...
Yes, that helped.
It seems to depend on how you use your NA list. Probably like Oogiem, I add notes to my NA when I do them. For instance:
@Call 555-1212 Rosie's response to so-and-so...
My apologies for not being very clear in my initial post. The reviewing the Projects several months later were completed Projects or archived Projects, if you prefer. They are not active Projects....
For those who don't link NA to Projects, are there time you need to look at the list of NA for your Projects? If yes, how are you getting that list if you have an electronic list? Do you have those...
