I'd recommend trying Evernote again for web capture. They've improved it dramatically in the past year.
Evernote.
Everything can be kept in "notebooks" or tagged.
With a premium account, PDFs can be searchable so you don't even need to bother with tagging, you can just search for what you want.
I require multiple contexts and I have to use a system that supports it.
I have a variety of tasks, including this "calls" example", that can be accomplished across a couple different contexts.
...
To me, a good context name is the one that easily answers the question: "What context am I in right now?"
I think this is an interesting point.
While I have seen great productivity gains after years of integrating GTD into my life, the stress-reduction effect has had a more significant impact. Even if...
Excellent post and I totally agree. I spent years bouncing around "GTD software" and I found every single one to fall short in at least one critical category.
Ultimately, I found that the best GTD...
I think it's a great idea but I bet it would work better with a small group rather than 1-on-1.
Would you be interested in creating a Google+ circle for this? We could get a few people involved...
This was the biggest challenge for me in GTD adoption. It took me a long time to understand how deadlines came into play. Specifically, projects that have a hard completion date where the specific...
And your post gives me the impression that you need to work on your reading comprehension skills. Perhaps you should go back and read this thread again.
I fully understand the place of GTD in my...
Here's how I use Evernote for GTD:

Processing frequency might depend on the volume of stuff that hits your inbox.
I absolutely process daily. Ideally twice a day.
At the risk of being too critical:
I'm not sure exactly what problem this kind of software would solve. Laying out a flowchart of my tasks sounds time-consuming and difficult. Creating and...
I agree. It doesn't make me cringe at all. The effort you put into organizing a particular file should be proportional to the amount of times you are likely to access it.
Sounds like a frustrating bug and would definitely be a deal breaker for me. I'm an Android user and I have no issues between web and device.
My RTM implementation consists of:

I am about to start a new job and I've been focusing on tuning my GTD skills as I approach getting started.
One of the things that I've been thinking about is potentially keeping a work "diary",...
To each, his/her own, but I'm a bit confused by your analysis. Sure RTM isn't design "for" GTD. It's designed for flexibility which allows it to be used for GTD. It's the most flexible system I've...
I went through A LOT of different apps and finally landed on RTM. I really avoided paid apps but finally came to the conclusion that it would be the way to go.
Cloud access is very important to...
After I completed a paperless office project in 2010, I fell to the side of "searching" over "organizing". A meticulously organized paper filling system clearly made sense until I spent a good amount...
It rings true to me. I do not find multi-inbox features very useful since inbox processing is such an important part of GTD. I have separate personal and work email inboxes and I leave it at that. I...
If you refer to your contexts as time (after work, saturday, before work) and include an unscheduled version, you're never going to get to the unscheduled stuff. It's like having a filing system for...
