What you are missing is the trust in your system. That will take time. You are doing good. Just keep whittling away at things. If they stay on your Next Action list more than a few weeks, then...

One last piece of advice.

Set a timer, work for 15 or 30 minutes. Take a 5 or 10 minute break. Set the timer again. You won't crash and burn as fast. It WILL get done!
