Do. I'd much rather fiddle with the system than actually do the next actions.
Hi there,
I'm also a Windows Mobile 6.5 user. I like SPB Diary for working with Outlook email and tasks in windows mobile. It isn't especially finger friendly, but I've never had anything...
If you're thinking of next actions you're only in the lowest horizon. The GTD methodology is to get the next actions under control so that we can think about our life from the higher horizons with...
The secret to empty next action lists:
Want to accomplish nothing.
Agreed. Getting In to Zero should happen minimally once per day for most folks.
Davids response is "as often as you need to." Which I didn't think was very helpful until I really got comfortable with GTD.
If you lists are too long make sure you're using contexts in a way...

I changed mine from medium to large, but it wasn't much of a difference.
Evernote does support windows mobile.
Hello,
I've recently switched from having one system with "work" and "non-work" combined. When I used this mixed system I was a self-employed consultant and it worked well.

Isn't everything that is on a context list something that you can just do?
Just today I got to remove set up worm composting bins from my project list. I have many outdoor around the house projects that are relaxing.
Outlook 2003 also has a Created field which can be added to the grid and have the tasks sorted by this.
Point of order though. The date the task was created isn't one of the things that should go...
One other thought/question...were you using Categories on tasks in your first implementation trial with Outlook Mobile?
The closest thing I can think of is to just use folders and text files on your phone. There are some pretty good free text editors out there. Not sure how you would make the completed items...
I use SPB Diary on Windows Mobile to make Outlook nicer. It is a today screen plugin, so is not initially compatible if your phone comes with Touch Flo 3D software (like the HTC Touch Pro). But I...
HTC Touch Pro here....
Also use the original calendar and tasks programs as they sync nicely with desktop Outlook.
I second SPB Diary as a great today screen plugin to help organize tasks...
um...by definition...anything in a context list besides @ Waiting For is waiting for you...
