David Allen actually has an article about the lists he keeps. If you go to "Tips & Tools" from the DavidCo home page there is a list of articles - I think it's called "Cool Lists" and it includes...
And another one, with apologies to the marines:
"semper conficiunt" - always productive
You could even shorten it to "semper co"
I promise to stop doing this ;)
A friend recently quoted the line "keep your friends close and your enemies closer" - I don't remember where it's from - but my GTD saturated brain immediately replied with:
"Keep your action...
I ended up using Excel for this. I have a spreadsheet with a list of tasks, the last time it was completed and the period between them in days, weeks, months, etc. It then calculates the next time...
Heh, I just found this quote on page 25 (ch8) of RFA - DA beat me to it!

Hi
Bonsai has already been mentioned and I'm justing seconding that - I have a number of outlines set up and use it for next actions, checklists, reference lists (e.g. wine I like, coffee I like,...
When I first read the following quote I realised I'd been doing the exact same thing - it was one hell of an "Ah-ha!".

Bonsai is essentially an outliner program tilted towards project...
I find the someday/maybe list a far easier place to manage huge numbers of items. On a project list I do think about the projects - what's the goal, is there a next actions, etc etc. For the...
All of Natara's software has been for PalmOS. Recently they converted one of their most popular apps to PPC and hinted that other apps may follow. I would guess they would try to do Bonsai sooner...
I haven't looked in detail but I believe Easy2Sync supports thumb drive syncing as well - choose the "Bridge File" sync option and keep the bridge file on the USB key.

Hi sablouwho
None of the anti-spyware applications is likely to catch 100% of the stuff floating around. You now have three such apps, I'm sure if you installed another one it will find something...
O'Reilly produce excellent books on a huge variety of computer topics. Most of the series is aimed at professionals, however there are quite a few useful for users, in particular the "Missing Manual"...
Yep, if the number of the last item is different then I'd look at one halfway down, then either 1/4 or 3/4 etc.

I don't think there is an easy way to do this via a filter - Natara are aware that there are deficiencies with the filter system and are planning a major overhaul sometime in the future.
I ran...
I use Bonsai as well.
One thing that is useful is that Bonsai can link to items in the Palm todo app. Once I complete the task I use the unlink function (which deletes it from the Palm list) and...
I keep a separate category called '-Repeat' with anything that repeats less than weekly (daily & weekly stuff is on checklists). At the weekly review I move any upcoming repeat items to the...
Hi there.
I use Bonsai for outlining. It's pretty easy to move things around the outline, including cutting and pasting branches from one outline to another. You can attach notes to outline items....
Hi Kat
I use Outlook 2003 as a standalone and was able to install the project form without any problem. I don't think you need exchange.
