Is "participate in 1 important conference annually" a project, an Area of Responsibility or a 1-2 year Goal?
When planning for 1-2 year goals(the 30.000ft level), do you plan down to 10.000ft projects and next actions inside the "1-2 year goals" folder?
An example: "buy a new house" could be a "1-2 year...
