I posted a question to http://forums.palm.com/palm and I received an answer. I tried the "unofficial" solution proposed and... it worked!! :p
Treo 680 is working again.

The stages are following one another. They are partially dependent.

I've just began working a new, very big project.
I identified a couple of stage and in my NA lists I put what is related to the 1st one.
