No, but I have at least one with me and they are always synchonized. I just don't use the PC on my desk at work for GTD - I use the iPad right next to it with a wireless keyboard.
I capture stuff...
Think outside the box!
I have a Windoze computer at work also, but don't use it for GTD at all! My iPad sits alongside the Windoze computer, with an Apple Wireless keyboard, and with a iPad...
Having used both Evernote and DevonThink Pro, I think DevonThink Pro combined with DevonThink To Go is on a different level altogether. The mileage of others may vary, but I would be wary on those...
Use Outlook for work e-mail only.
Have an iPad next to your PC. Add an Apple wireless keyboard for speed and ease.

Omnifocus might be difficult on only an iTouch.
There is an interesting article in the Financial Times about European corporations moving wholesale to iPads for their board members for board meeting materials. The only thing slowing the move is...
Best to pick one app for GTD, whatever it is, and stick with it, rather than bouncing around.
Omnifocus is hands-down better than anything else, if you truly plan to implement GTD well. The Inbox perfectly replicates the Inbox on the Davidco workflow diagram. The ability to organize projects...
