I'd be tempted to do the telecoaching while on mat leave, when you're more relaxed. That is NOT to say that you aren't completely overwhelmed now, but I think it might be far worse when you get back to work! If you can swing it...just one session even...you might find going back to work a much easier transition if some coaching had prepared you for it. In fact, I'd tell the coach your exact situation and focus on the transition itself.
