I am just starting to get the hang of GTD and have seen huge benefits myself already after 6 months of work on it. I have a team meeting coming up and want to try to sell some of the benefits without feeling like I am preaching at them.
Does anyone have experience of giving tasters to try and get people interested in it, that they could share with me. The format will be an offsite session where an open debate would be possible.
Any advice welcomed
