Looking for best non-blackberry device to synch ALL MS Outlook Exchange Functions

Can you suggest the a mobile device that can easily synch all 5 Outlook 2010 elements wirelessly with Microsoft Exchange Server:

email
calendar
contacts
memos
tasks, including categories

Amazingly, the new android 4G phones don't synch memos and tasks, which I lean on heavily to implement GTD.

Any suggestions much appreciated! thanks.

an iPhone will do that using iMexchange on the phone. The only problem I found was that it was somewhat slow.

No doubt the Windows 7 mobiles (due October-ish) will do what you're looking for.
