What's claiming part of your attention? Is your brain thinking about what's next or did it spawn some new idea that might add value later on? If you want to put it behind you you have two choices: either act on it (i.e. do the work as it shows up) or capture it and toss it in your inbox for processing and organizing later (i.e. define the work from that thought).
