So for tasks on the iphone, i use Remember the Milk, with its Outlook Connector and iphone app. The RTM iphone app doesn't seem too bad. The sync path is more or less from Outlook to RTM's website, and from there to iphone. This was pretty easy to set up, I've been using it for about 5 days and it's gone ok so far.
