My solution to managin tasks when using an iPhone with Outlook 2010 is to make each context a different Task folder instead of using categories. On the iPhone each folder shows up as a separate list. In order to assign a context to a task, move the task to the desired folder in Outlook, or into the desired list on the iPhone.
