I've just read the GTD bible and im going to implement it into my workflow. Though im not a pen & paper guy I need some sort of software to make it happen. I do IT related work and we have lots of systems that we use, most of the data i work with is available for browsing (& copy/paste).
Im sitting on Win7 (though its not impossible to switch to mac if needed). I'm going to buy an IPad for note taking, meetings. I have already an IPhone.
A system that is widely used on work is JIRA. Almost every task is entered here, it would be a GREAT benefit if this GTD app could be sync'd with JIRA (two way). This way I could handle all task through my GTD app without too much administration.
That being said, my Inboxes would be:
- Meetings, phone calls.
Any ideas are welcome. I'm going crazy the way things are now, it's too much of a buzz in my head and I need a 'system' to get better focus.
