How to use the trigger list ....?

So I seen the YouTube of David talking about this, I've read the 43folders wiki and downloaded the trigger lost PDF from the connect website..

My question is do I take this list out when starting a new project, or during the weekly review ? Or is this just a list a use when I feel there's something missing in my plans ?

Whenever you think it might be helpful. There is the Natural Planning Model for projects, of course, and also the Weekly Review Checklist, but if you need a boost to trigger next actions, then use it when you need it.

Mine tends to come out during my weekly review to be sure that I've grabbed everything out of my head.
