Default Software for a growing company?

I want to install a new system in my company that would automate business processes, provide electronic document circulation and delegated projects (or individual tasks) control. I want it to support Mac Os, IOS (I use iPad/iPhone/Mac heavily along with my management team) and Windows (my suborinates use that platform, all of them).

Can you recommend anything for a growing company of 100 people?

    Post It's just a tool.

My only comment is that such software is just a tool - it will not fix any bad delegation and follow up habits.

There are web services that claim to do this, but I haven"t seen anything I would recommend. Email and clarity are better choices.

I don't have an official recommendation for you, but 4 common ones we often hear about for team collaboration are:

    Asana
    Basecamp
    Teambox
    Podio
    Kelly Forrister

    Cool Lotus Notes?

And of course you can use Lotus Notes to feel the same elitist pain as big corporations' employees. Great subject for complaining during networking events.

I have used to manage over 74 projects at the same time http://www.activecollab.com/ for business processes, provide electronic document circulation and delegated projects (or individual tasks) control and much more

You install it on your server and everyone can access on the web or via iphone etc their is no monthly fee to pay when you buy it and can add unlimited projects and people.

Its very powerful but it depends on your individual requirements of course.

I use it but need another tool for project planning for gantt charts and budgets like projectmanager.com

Currently combining http://www.activecollab.com/ for team collaboration and projectmanager.com for project planning as the project manager

    Good luck!

You mentioned great project management software. Fritz though asked for business process automation software. I think that is something that allows to 'create routes within a company for any documents'. For example, when I need to create a quote I click 'create quote' link and that goes to the next person in the workflow.
