Do you guys keep your action reminders?

For all the paper based GTDers
Do you guys keep your action reminders or just trash it, throw it away when the action is finished?

For now, I've mostly been erasing them and re-using the paper, or recycling the paper if there's too much writing for it to be worth erasing it.
