Is anyone using DejaOffice?
I'm looking for software for my iPad and iPhone that will synch to Outlook 2010 on my PC, to implement GTD, and am considering DejaOffice. Is anyone using this, and what do you think of it? Thanks! I've tried using IOS tools (iCal and Reminders) and have found them to be pretty clunky in terms of their interface and the amount of time required to schedule events and enter tasks.
DejaOffice currently has 791 ratings for all versions, with an average rating of about 2.5. out of 5. However, the most frequent rating by far is one star. Disregarding two favorable reviews for the latest version, this strongly suggests it is not very good. However, it is free, so you can try it yourself. Personally, I would not bother.

For iOS in particular, we have had some problems in the past with lower powered devices that were upgraded to higher iOS versions. This caused some crashing issues, hence some low ratings. We have worked hard to rewrite those areas of the code and the current release is much more stable.
More importantly, DejaOffice is a supported platform for iOS, Android, BlackBerry 10, Windows Phone 8, and Mac, and CompanionLink supplies sync support for PC Outlook. So whenever you are using a combination of OS and devices, this gives a solid solution for GTD techniques.

none. It worked ok a few times but was problem prone most of the time
