Default Project not available from with Project dropdown in new Task

I frequently create many new Projects, because I have new issues I become responsbile for when a customer service issues becomes mine to handle.

I don't know if it's due to it , but sometimes I'll create a project ( not in the tools/options area, it's always from within Task - i go to the last dropdown item: "New Project") and the next time an email comes in, from which I need to create a task for an existing project, the dropdown doesn't include the project at all.

(If this is an unknown bug with no solution, I wouldn't mind as long as there was an easy to delete the project that doesn't show up as a selection, create a new one, and then move the tasks from the old project the new one. )

    Anyone experience this?

    Default Outlook Plug-in

The Outlook plug-in. I didn't realize I was starting a whole new thread. Should've added it to the proper topic.
