David recommends creating an @Action folder for use in Outlook. I use this idea sometimes but I really like keeping things in Tasks. You can create a task from an email very easily by right-clicking the email, dragging it to the Task item file list, and releasing the right-click. A context-menu will appear asking if you want to:
Copy here as task with text
Copy here as task with shortcut
Copy here as task with attachment
Move here as task with attachment
Choose "Copy here as task with text". You will get the subject of the email in the task subject section and the body of the email in the body of the task. Set the reminder/due date as needed.
