For myself, I could never work with project IDs. I'd forget them or have to always refer back to them, thus taking more taps and clicks to note something down. The way my brain works, I need to reduce the project to one word and then I put the suffix "re yard" or "re intrvw" to keep me on track. I only have to write that once, as I just edit the todo for the next task.
