Hi All,

I'm considering purchasing the GTD Outlook addin but I have a few questions:

At work, my company sweeps our networked email & task folders weekly and deletes messages over a certain age; I use rules to save messages & tasks to my local hard drive to protect them. How could I set up the GTD add-in in this environment?

Anyone have thoughts on using the add-in on two computers--home and work--and how to keep them in sync?

I'd appreciate any thoughts.
