I'm very new to GTD and am doing kind of a rolling implementation. I'm a little confused about Next Action lists. If I have to make calls for something home related and I have to make lots of calls for work related issues, do all of these next actions go on one @CALLS list?
Also, I'll be synching my Ipaq with a work computer. Privacy could be an issue for personal next actions. Once the data is on the system, it will be on backup tapes for quite a while. Any thoughts on the privacy/PDA synching issues appreciated.
