I'm finding that I'm losing track of projects because I can't visualize them and they go out of sight, out of mind. I've a lot of projects that aren't getting completed because they are lost when I cross the week boundary. I hate reminders from clients that I owe them something....
At the least, I'd like to have a visual reminder of the current projects and the time or effort required to complete them.
For now, I've taken each project with its associated tasks and using notecards have pasted them up on my wall so I have a visual chart. This is something of a challenge because I can't stand duplicated effort to move tasks from the wall into Outlook.
What are you other visual-learners using to keep your arms around the larger and longer-term tasks?
