In search of the perfect GTD software

I posted a piece over at DonationCoder.com last week, which might be of interest to readers of this board - it tells about my search for the best software for running my GTD system... Having read through the posts on DonationCoder (what a cool site), you can run MLO off of the USB key. Just put the whole directory on the key, then put a shortcut to the App on each computer you use. I did this while testing, but decided against using it. But now that PDA sync is inplace, I may need to revisit.
