That is perhaps the correct action, but I think it better to understand the process than to memorize the action. For example, you might have a project that can only be done at your summer home, and that there isn't anything you can do to move it forward until you're there. In that case, there might not be a next action this week. The GTD book defines the Weekly Review as a time to:
- Gather and process all your "stuff".
- Review your system.
- Update your lists.
- Get clean, clear, current and complete.
Certainly that involves reviewing your projects list. But I think the goal is to make sure that projects are moving forward, that nothing's been overlooked or forgotten, and that you're comfortable enough with where things are that you can avoid worrying about them. That might mean defining a Next Action for every project, but -- depending on your projects -- not necessarily so.
