It is the contact links that do not sync.Originally Posted by remyc88
Yes. Another guy in my office uses categories in Outlook because he likes that contacts view in Outlook. I will look at this.Originally Posted by remyc88
Interesting item. I just installed a trial version of WebIS's Journal Sync (WebIS is the developer of Pocket Informant), and low and behold, now when I create a journal entry on my PocketPC with a "parent" contact, that journal entry shows up on my laptop Outlook with a link to that contact. And if I create a journal entry on my laptop Outlook with a contact link, that contact link is the "parent" contact for the journal entry that shows up on my PocketPC.
Maybe...if Journal Sync is installed...we could use journal entries as project...oops no...I just tested it and PocketPC journal entry only allows the first contact as the "partent" contact and does not see the other contacts.
But...still...this rocks. I installed Journal Sync only to see if I could sync journal ENTRIES, and now...if it allows me to sync a link to one contact, that is great. Now I just need to decide if my journal entires will be linked to a project named contact, or to the contact person. Gotta think about that.
