Once read that David used ACT! (www.act.com) software for his company. My team has recently purchased it for our workgroup. As someone who is new and learning more about GTD everyday I am looking for ways to implement it in the most efficient ways possible. One of the nice compenents to ACT! is that it allows you to build customizable templates. Does anyone have experience in using ACT! and GTD together and / or experience bulding templates?
