organizational alignment program
ON the GTD FAST tapes, David mentions in passing that the personal GTD process is just one part of an "organizational alignment program", but that's the only place I've heard/seen that specific program mentioned.
I assume that was/is part of the Davidco consulting business.
At work, we try to achieve alignment with visibility of targets, explicit principles, and open planning. We physically do this by putting simple outline project plans, lists of principles, everyone's individual job description, and corporate goals on an internal universally visible wiki. Secrecy seems to breed incongruence.
Anyone have experience with David's program (if it still exists), or have any GTD perspective on this?
