    Default Gmail for GTD

I am a little confused as to how I could possibly use Gmail for my GTD system. I have setup my labels,contacts,filters,etc.. as per Kelly Forrister's article, but cannot see the point. I send myself e-mails to create my next actions, or add info to a project, but since Gmail does not have a function to print the list of items in a label, I have to rewrite this on my hPDA. This is a waste of time no ? How are you all using this efficiently ?
    Thanks for your help,
    Scott

GTDInbox is another option and it includes the capability to print to 3x5 cards (assuming your printer is capable). You'll need to use Firefox as your web browser.

If you need hPDA capability and can't (or don't want to) print to 3x5 cards, there is little reason to maintain a digital and paper system. Just do everything on paper.

Well - I think the main point with a digital tool like Gmail is that you work primarily from *it*, not a redundant tool like hPDA. That said, it's not uncommon to do a daily printout (in the morning or the night before) and carry that, marking it up as needed. You'd need both the calendar and your actions list. (Optional: waiting for). Of course you have to re-synchronize at the end of the day, and toss the paper.

But I think that's too much work. Access Gmail on your (real) PDA, and skip the paper (except for a portable pad for capture). Or switch to paper.

    Hope that helps.
