I am in the same boat as the person who wrote the original post.
I get tied up in the "big rock" projects and sometimes slip the Weekly Review. Then, when I feel like things are all "jumbled up," I realize this, get back on track, and all is well again (yyyyeeeessss........ "mind like water"). It's hard to find a balance between "big projects" and taking time out to do the review. But, as the original person also said, making it a habit helps.
As for "high altitude" reviews, I try to get away, at least once every other month, to do this. I escape to the mountains or a park for an afternoon and focus on such. The "mind like water" feeling that comes from this is incredible!
