As Rainer mentioned, a project list is just that, a simple list of your projects. Only the names of your projects should be on it. Each project may then have a seperate sheet of paper, or maybe even a folder, depending of course on the size and complexity of your project. ANYTHING other than your NA should go on this paper or in the folder.
