If I move an email over to the @action folder in outlook, do I also write it on my next action paper system list?

When you are working on your action list, do you check both places?

Unless you do one of these -- write the task on your paper list or treat the email folder as a list -- the task will get lost. But which you do is really up to you.

I don't use an action folder. Everything is in my paper-based NA lists.
