Task/To Do Lists Manager

Anyone have a recommendation for a task or to-do list manager? I was excited to find OmniFocus but I see it's for Mac's and I'm on a PC.

There is My Life Organized. There are tons of others, but MLO is actively developed, fast, and is speedkey friendly.

I use Thinking Rock. It is very GTD oriented, has everything I need, and its free.
