Managing lists

I'm looking at a suggestion.

Look at my practical example:

I need to train a new employee. As I did the same in the past, several times, I prepared a list of the things we have to do and the documents we have to print.

How could I save all the links to these documents in order to print them all in one only shot?

Of course this documents are in different files @A...@Z
