thank you for your reply and suggestion. My original idea is to create a list of different documents you could use for different applications and print it in one shot. I try to be more specific.
I created in the years the files A, B, C, D, E. Now, with a certain purpose it's time to prepare a training for a new someone. For the training of a new someone it's required to print A, C, E so, for example, I prepare a list in a .doc documents with the link to A, C, E and printing this file doc I print in one shot all the three. Then for the advanced training it's required A,B, C, D. So again I could produce again a doc document. If I could act in this way, I'd produce only a light file doc and it will not required to copy in several places the same fiiles with problems when you decide to update one
