"I smile when people ask about us as a group. I think they imagine this type A bunch in a small room making lists, actually it is just the opposite. Speaking for myself, one of the reasons I love being on the team is we have a lot of fun. One of my favorite ways to have fun and let go is exploring the countryside in California. The beauty of being a coach is that when I am traveling, I am continually in a discovery mode, meeting new people often in new places and cultures. Ahh but when I get back home, I love to put on my hiking shoes and head for the hills. This time of year there isn't any place more beautiful than Ojai. The orange blossoms are out, the color green after the rains is exquisite and depending on where you are hiking, there are hawks and coyotes to keep you company. So yes, I do love to get things done and equally I love to enjoy the hills around me as they turn pink at sunset."

Coach's Corner

I have been very pleased with the outcome of my Workflow Productivity program from the David Allen Company. Marian Bateman coached me through the entire process in a such a way that I was able to see results after just the first day! While I still am coping with the volume of calls, e-mails, data, and projects, I find that I am much more relaxed and in control and, most importantly, more productive. I have pointed out to colleagues and others that this program really works, and I highly recommend the David Allen Company to anyone who wants to get things done more efficiently and effectively.
