Loose Paper Holder
The good habits of writing something down as it occurs to you, as you notice it, or as you hear it, is best supported by having something easy and available to write it on. Taking messages on the phone or off your voicemail, grabbing ideas you might have on the run that might be useful, capturing a task your partner asks you to handle, making a quick list of your afternoon errands or handing a note to someone with information they need- all are everyday but important little activities that require note paper.
